J'espère qu'ils vont bien s'imprégner de ce qu'il va leur apprendre.
Au début ils ne verront que la technique du vol en formation. Plus tard ils comprendront la deuxième partie de la leçon...sans doute la plus importante: il va leur apprendre à se connaître, à compter les uns sur les autres et à se compléter. Le groupe est tout...et nous ne sommes fort que parce que nous sommes une équipe.
Les meilleurs apprendront à être aux aguets pour veiller à la sérénité et au moral du groupe.
Quiconque ne comprend pas cela ne mérite pas ses galons.
On ne doit jamais abandonner personne...jamais...
